Can use my own caterer?

Yes, you can bring in your own caterer as long as they provide us with their business license, food handler’s card and day of event insurance listing 1906 inc. on their insurance. Your caterer must be self-sufficient and cannot use our facilities for cooking, storage, etc. The caterer must bring in their own chaffers, sternos, and staff to serve the food. There is a fee per guest fee for bringing in your own caterer.

Can I bring in my own drinks or bartender?

No, all alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages must be purchased through 1906 Inc. If you’d like a bartender at your event there is a cost associated per bartender.

Can I bring in my own vendors or can I only use vendors approved by 1906 Inc.?

You can bring in your own DJ, Florist, Decorator, Balloon Artist as long as they send us their Certificate of Insurance two weeks before the event. If you book your vendors directly through us you don’t need to worry about that since we have their insurance on hand.

How early can I come in to set-up or decorate for my event?

You can come in two hours before your event start time. If you need additional hours for set-up please let us know. There is a fee per hour for additional set-up hours.

How late can my event go until?

Events in the Fountain View Room (Upstairs) can go as late as 11:00 PM. Events in our Garden View Room (Tent) can go as late as 10:00 PM.
